Title

The lighthouse
nobody lights
A short story

Script7 lines, 22 s

  1. Our lighthouse went dark forty years ago.
  2. No keeper, no power, the door welded shut.
  3. Yet every year, on the first foggy night, it comes on.
  4. Three long flashes. Then dark.
  5. Last fall I rowed out to watch.
  6. Someone was standing in the lamp room.
  7. That night, my porch light blinked three times.
One line, one scene, one subtitle. The line being read is lit.

Script to MP4 in four steps

  1. Write the script

Type or paste it. Each line becomes one scene and one subtitle, and the title sits in the band on top. Pasted a paragraph? Split it at sentence ends.

  2. Add pictures and clips

Photos and short videos from your device, one per line, in order. With fewer pictures than lines, they come round again with a different slow camera move.

  3. Add a voice

A voice reads each line, and each scene lasts as long as its line. AI voices need an account and credits. The sample stories come with theirs.

  4. Save the MP4

1080x1920 H.264 with AAC sound, made on your device. Post it to Shorts, TikTok or Reels.

Then change anything in the editor

A sample story opens in the same editor you use for your own. This is the lighthouse story, as it opens.

The editor with the lighthouse sample story open: the video with its title band and subtitle in the middle, the scenes on the right, and the subtitle, video, voice and music rows of the timeline below.
  • Title band

Paper, Dark or Amber, in three sizes. Click the band on the video to change the title.

  • Scenes

One row per scene: its picture, its line, and whether the line has a voice.

  • Timeline

Rows for subtitles, video, voice and music. Drag to move and trim, press S to split.

  • Subtitles

Four looks, placed at the top, middle or bottom, and timed line by line.

Only photos? That works too.

Without a script, pick a motion preset: a gentle push in and drift, a reveal, a walkthrough and more. Your photos become a short vertical video, and each photo stays as it is: no stretching, no bending.

Questions

Short answers about price, voices, privacy and files.

Is it free?

Yes. Editing and export are free, with no limits and no watermark. AI voices, generated images and AI clips need an account and credits. Accounts are not open yet, so nothing can be bought today.

Do I need a voice?

No. A story works with subtitles alone, and you can add your own music. The sample stories come with their voices.

Which languages can the voice read?

English and Korean. English has six voices to choose from, Korean has one.

Where do my files go?

Nowhere. Scripts, pictures and projects are kept in this browser on this device, and the video is made here too. Clearing the browser's site data deletes them, so export what you want to keep.

Which browsers work?

Chrome is the safest choice, on a computer or an Android phone. Edge works too. On an iPhone or iPad, use Safari on iOS or iPadOS 26 or later; earlier versions cannot save sound. Firefox works, but it saves sound as Opus, which some players cannot play. Browsers inside apps like KakaoTalk or Instagram cannot save the video: open the page in Chrome or Safari instead.

What goes in, and what comes out?

Photos in JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF (HEIC where the browser can open it) and short MP4, MOV or WebM videos. Out comes an MP4 (H.264 with AAC sound) at 1080x1920, 1080x1080 or 1920x1080, or at 720p.

What is the AI label?

When a project uses a generated image or an AI clip, the video carries a small "AI-generated" label by default so viewers know. You can turn it off. Your own photos never add it.

Start with one line.

Your first line becomes the first scene. No sign-up needed.
